 How to be an Active Member... (for New Members) Hi guys If you want to be an active member, hereīs how I figured out to be one. Im not as active as I wanted to be, but this is due a lack of time... A big lack... But if you have some time to spare, not much, but enough, I can tell you how I made my way to it... Its to have the right tools and right sources to do it... I mean, to post! As Taz, our good Administrator and friend said to me once, It doesnt have to be only books, just good and usefull stuff... The other day I made post about Batman comics... And desnt have to be something new all the time, mirrors count as well. And its hard to find something new to Cafe Medico, this is the best Medical Forum and Database from the whole net. Now that we know what to do, lets see how to do it... First you need the tools to make your life easier: Download: jdownloader: the best downloader Iīve tested... It has over 60 sharing sites on its database, and do all the stuff like waiting and typing the anoying letters... Just copy the link, it will tell you if that link is broken or not and start your download list for you with all the rapidshare, megaupload, mediafire, uploadit... link you want!
Oh, this app requires java runtime installed on you computer. just go to itīs web site and download itīs installer:

I couldnīt find any tools for the other sites, but you can do manually if you want to, but rapidshare and megaupload links will do the trick nicelly if you want to save time and let your PC do the job for you! The other sites links: Easy Share:

Sweet, now we have the will and the how-to, lets gather our sources. I use and recommend these sites, this is a small list, there are others I know, but they are confusing and have almost the same books as these, but feel free to post some others and spread the web  What you gonna do here is download and reupload to make your own mirror. You may think that its a waste of time, but its not. Its one more file on the internet to be downloaded. File Sources: PLZ DOWNLOAD AND UPLOAD THE FILES! DONT JUST COPY AND POST IT HERE! I MEAN IT! Ok, now hat you have your own mirror, lets post it... Cafe Medico has its rules and a tool to make posts, so here some info you might look before finally posting... This is an app that will make your post look better, all you need to do is type the bookīs ISBN on it and copy the premade post! On this link you get the how-to and download link:
Now, you can make your PC a mirror machine and start posting and doing your part... The way I see it now, if you dont do this you just dont have the time (like me) or is just lazy about it (like I was). Hope this helps!!! Feel free to comment, add or sugest anything! | hi MEKHETBR I am also using j downloader to download mutiple links from rs but it take 15mins. to download two file so, i need to reconnect but i want to know how to reconnet via diff.ip address so if u know please reply |

The deal is, JDownloader have a lot of pre-configured codes for several modems... If yours is on that list, just select it... It will reconnect your internet connection, refreshing your IP... But if it isnt, like me, too bad, you gonna have to bear the 15 minutes... But it's not that bad, since it will do it for you for every link... I just make a huge list and go to sleep...
